Job Summary
If you are a Sr. Sales and Application Engineerprofessional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity based in Kuwait. In this role, you will drive profitable growth by positioning Emerson Isolation Valves (ISV)as the preferred solution within established end users across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Water industries, and Tank Farms. You will partner closely with the Isolation Valves Sales Manager to support business development, strategic growth initiatives, and the Kuwait ISV vision. This role combines customer-facing technical engagement, competitive solution development, and collaboration across Emerson teams to strengthen our position as a trusted advisor in the market.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Meet or exceed annual business goals by targeting and expanding end‑user accounts in Kuwait.
- Support the execution of Business Unit plans and key initiatives.
- Drive competitive displacement strategies with key end users.
- Conduct regular customer technical sales calls, order closeouts, site walkdowns, and reporting.
- Represent Emerson at industry seminars, events, and technical forums to promote Emerson solutions.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management, Order Entry, Customer Order Fulfillment (COF), and Operations to ensure clean orders and seamless post‑order support.
- Maintain accurate records and data in Emerson tools such as SharePoint and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other Emerson Process Management Business Units to maximize pull‑through opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with Emerson ethics and trade compliance processes.
- Stay current on product advancements, market trends, and industry developments.
- Perform other related duties as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in the valves and actuators industry within Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals, working with end‑user accounts.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and time‑management capabilities.
