About Foresight Future
The St. Moritz Foresight Summit is a high-level, invitation-only gathering focused on risk, resilience, and systems foresight in a volatile world. It convenes investors, family office principals, and senior leaders across finance, technology, geopolitics, infrastructure, climate, and security for off-the-record dialogue and curated outcomes. This is not a mass event. It is a precision-built summit where execution quality and credibility matter as much as content.
The Role
You hold end-to-end responsibility for the Foresight Summit from now through post-event wrap-up owning strategy, programming, sponsors, attendees, operations, and live delivery. You are both operator and orchestrator: execution-focused, commercially confident, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership — Full accountability for delivering on time, on budget, and to premium standards across all workstreams
- Program & Experience — Oversee agenda, speaker coordination, and session flow; deliver a seamless on-site experience with the founders
- Sponsorship & Commercial — Own sponsor pipeline, onboarding, deliverables, and relationship management
- Attendee Management — Oversee pipeline, confirmations, communications, guest lists, and on-site coordination
- Operations & Logistics — Manage venue, AV, catering, accommodation, staffing, vendors, and contingency planning
- Live Event Leadership — Lead on-site execution, run sessions under pressure, and troubleshoot in real time
Who You Are
An experienced event operator who has led high-level, multi-day summits end-to-end, worked directly with executives and VIP audiences, and taken full ownership without hand-holding. You are organised, commercially confident, calm under pressure, and credible with senior stakeholders.
You are also fluent in AI tools and use them as a force multiplier automating workflows, streamlining communications, and moving faster because of it. You find the tool and build the workflow. You don't wait to be shown how.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in event management or complex project execution, including 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven delivery of high-stakes, multi-day events
- Experience with sponsors or revenue-driven events
- Comfort managing budgets, vendors, and tight timelines
- Demonstrable fluency with AI tools and automated workflows
Nice to Have
- Background in strategy, consulting, or scale-ups
- Experience with executive-level or invitation-only events
- Familiarity with finance, geopolitics, or systems themes
- Experience delivering events in Switzerland or similar locations
