Job Description
Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring system performance, detecting anomalies, and ensuring the stable operation of services. The role involves working with monitoring tools, dashboards, and support systems to identify issues, process user tickets, and support smooth platform performance.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the operation of servers by means of the Nagstamon program;
- Anomaly detection in Firebase, Tableau, and different dashboards;
- Work with users' tickets in HelpShift;
- Service desk monitoring;
- Work with Jira and Wiki (Confluence);
- Conducting Smoke testing
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile games testing;
- Experience in Google docs and Google sheets;
- Knowledge of VPN-technologies;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work with a number of tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to be a team player.
