- Corporate Advisory Director_
Role Summary
The Corporate Advisory Director will lead client advisory engagements, providing strategic guidance on corporate finance, M&A, capital structure, and broader business transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for originating and managing client relationships, overseeing transaction execution, and driving revenue growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end advisory engagements (strategy, corporate finance, M&A, restructuring, capital raising) from origination through execution and closing.
- Act as a senior trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, CFOs and business owners on strategic options, valuation, capital structure and market positioning.
- Develop and review financial models, valuations, business plans and scenario analyses to support client decision‑making.
- Identify, originate and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship management and market visibility in Bahrain and the GCC.
- Prepare and oversee high‑quality client deliverables, including pitch books, information memoranda, board papers and investor presentations.
- Coordinate and lead transaction workstreams (due diligence, negotiations, documentation) in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, technical).
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and investor sentiment to provide timely insights and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategy, budgeting and business development plans; support marketing initiatives, thought leadership and brand building.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards of analysis, client service and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and professional standards across all advisory assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field; a master’s degree, MBA, CFA, ACA/CPA or similar professional qualification is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 / consulting, or related roles, including significant transaction and client‑facing experience.
- Proven track record of originating and executing advisory mandates (M&A, capital raising, restructuring or strategic advisory).
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring and transaction documentation.
- Deep understanding of regional markets, regulatory frameworks and business practices, preferably within Bahrain and the wider GCC.

- Excellent client‑relationship and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue‑generating engagements.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear presentations and deliver complex messages simply.
- High level of integrity, judgment and risk awareness, with a strong understanding of governance and director‑level responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, team‑building and coaching capabilities in a high‑performance advisory environment.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: BD90.000 - BD170.000 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
