We work in a cross-functional environment, closely collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth asset movement, regulatory alignment, and operational visibility. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, we continuously improve processes and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

IF YOU ARE:

  • Having 2+ years of experience in logistics, global supply chain, or international operations
  • Accustomed to ATA Carnet, temporary imports, and permanent customs clearance
  • Strong in understanding of ownership transfer implications in cross-border shipments
  • Knowledgeable of international trade regulations and customs compliance
  • Adept at determining appropriate import methods based on business scenarios
  • Experienced in working with customs brokers and global freight forwarders
  • Strong in stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ready to demonstrate change management and process implementation experience
  • Having analytical mindset with ability to create reporting structures and performance tracking
  • Advanced in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems
  • Experienced in supporting IT or IT Asset Management functions
  • Skilled in managing logistics for technology hardware and robotics equipment
  • Confident in operating in a global corporate environment
  • Certified in supply chain, logistics, or project management (e.g., CSCP, PMP, Lean, etc.)

AND YOU WANT TO:

  • Develop and implement scalable domestic and international logistics processes within the ITAM scope
  • Develop standardized, trackable, governance-aligned, and cost-efficient logistics processes that ensure operational visibility and support informed decision-making across the company
  • Establish reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms for logistics operations
  • Drive cross-company standardization and governance alignment
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and compliance
  • Determine and implement appropriate import/export methods including ATA Carnet, temporary import regimes, and permanent customs clearance
  • Advise stakeholders on the correct import model based on business purpose, duration of use, and ownership structure
  • Define when ownership transfer is required and assess its impact on customs duties, VAT, and regulatory obligations
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and cross-border documentation requirements
  • Partner with Legal and Finance teams to mitigate regulatory, tax, and compliance risks
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of IT equipment (laptops, hardware, robotics, and other technical assets)
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • Oversee shipment tracking, issue resolution, and delivery performance
  • Maintain accurate logistics and asset transfer documentation
  • Optimize delivery timelines and logistics costs
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure regulatory and financial alignment
  • Act as logistics partner for Software Development and engineering teams requiring IT equipment for development activities
  • Coordinate equipment delivery from external customers when required
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new logistics workflows and governance structures
  • Ensure adoption of standardized logistics processes across departments

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Software Development teams
  • Drive effective communication and support change management initiatives across the organization
