Job Summary:
This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring:
- Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the business.
- Ensure company policies and operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance assessments and identify potential risks or gaps.
Policies, Procedures & Governance:
- Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support implementation of governance frameworks and best practices.
Audits & Risk Management:
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and proper documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Training & Awareness:
- Deliver compliance training programs and promote awareness across the organization.
- Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with legal, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and inspections.
Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
- Experience with audits, policy development, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial, industrial, healthcare).
- Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or ICA are a plus.
- Experience with compliance management systems and reporting tools.
