Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring:

  • Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the business.
  • Ensure company policies and operations comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance assessments and identify potential risks or gaps.

Policies, Procedures & Governance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support implementation of governance frameworks and best practices.

Audits & Risk Management:

  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and proper documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Training & Awareness:

  • Deliver compliance training programs and promote awareness across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with legal, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and inspections.

Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
  • Experience with audits, policy development, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial, industrial, healthcare).
  • Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or ICA are a plus.
  • Experience with compliance management systems and reporting tools.
