Job Summary:
This role requires strong administrative and HR systems experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems and files.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.

HR Systems & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance, leave).
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

Payroll & Benefits Support:

  • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, leave tracking, allowances) and respond to employee inquiries.

Employee Services & Experience:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Support onboarding programs and ensure a smooth employee experience from day one.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR operations align with local labor regulations and internal governance standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, automate processes, and enhance service delivery.
  • Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Zoho People.
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
