About the Role & Team
What You’ll Do
- Supporting global product development within the area of Data & Analytics group. This includes contributing to specific quarterly and semiannual research in support of the Tracker, Spending Guide, Black Book and Knowledge Platform portfolio of products.
- Assisting to WW product owner teams in data quality measures and process implementation. Including of support for existing product enhancement and new global data product development.
- Hands on development of data management environments, integration with new technologies, and design of new data integration processes supporting data organization team's goals.
- Building consistency and alignment within our databases and research processes so we can achieve long term product and quality objectives and actively support the best research practices across regions.
- Working cross-departmentally with business domain, product management, software development and data science to define metrics, guidelines and strategies for the effective use of algorithms and data.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, technology business analysis, or financial modeling.
- Skilled in analyzing complex datasets and developing predictive models using statistical tools and methodologies.
- Critical and strategic thinking abilities, with an understanding of the broader business implications of data findings.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to demonstrate practical use cases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Python or any similar coding experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively present research findings.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
