Supervise and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on site
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor daily site activities and progress of MEP works
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum8-10 years of experience in MEP supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with site documentation and reporting
