English Instructor - Strong American Accent Required (Online)

Lingua Spark Academy is hiring elite English instructors with a clear and natural American accent for online academic teaching.

This position is designed for instructors who value structured academic teaching and maintain strong pronunciation and professional standards.
- Who We Are Looking For_

We are seeking instructors who:

• Speak English with a native-like or near-native American accent.
• Have experience teaching English online or working with international students
• Demonstrate professional communication and confident online presence.
• Can commit to a fixed weekly schedule.
• Maintain high teaching standards and respect academic policies.

Compensation Policy

• Hourly pay up to 100 EGP, based on experience, performance, and consistency.
• Starting rate is competitive and reviewed regularly.
• Payment in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• Clear evaluation process with opportunities for rate progression over time.

Our compensation aligns with the Egyptian teaching market while offering stability, structure, and growth.

Mandatory Screening & Video/Audio Submission

• 1. Answer screening questions on Indeed:_
• Accent proficiency
• Online/international teaching experience
• Willingness to submit a short introduction
• Commitment to fixed weekly schedule
• 1. Submit a short introduction demonstrating your American accent, either:_
• Video (60 - 90 seconds) introducing yourself and explaining how you help students improve their American accent
• Audio recording (60 -90 seconds ) if privacy is a concern

Selection Process

• Screening questions & video/audio submission
• Online interview & trial lesson
• Final evaluation and trial period before full engagement
