What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and purchase orders.
- Support procurement by preparing reports and monitoring supplier performance.
- Help optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

How to Apply
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
