Role Overview
We are seeking a Media Production Director to lead our production operations in Al Wakrah. This role requires a visionary leader with strong expertise in media production, project management, and creative direction. You will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring that Epsilon Mag Media delivers high-quality, impactful content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multimedia production teams, including video, audio, and digital specialists.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of media projects.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to align production with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, copyright laws, and ethical practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and production techniques.
- Mentor and develop production staff, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Represent Epsilon Mag Media in industry forums and professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in media production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, digital platforms, and distribution strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful content.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
