Job Title: Product Training Manager - Passenger Vehicles
We are hiring an experienced Product Training Manager with a strong background in Passenger Vehicles to lead training initiatives for sales and service teams.
Location:Doha, Qatar
Qualification: Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver product training programs for passenger vehicles
Train Sales & After-Sales teams on features, specifications, and benefits:
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions:
Support new product launches with structured training modules
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve team performance
- Ensure alignment with OEM standards and brand guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Trainer in Passenger Vehicles (Min 5+ Years):
Experience with Japanese / European/ Western automotive brands preferred:
Strong knowledge of automotive products and market positioning:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle dealership and internal teams
Language:
- Kannada/ Malayalam/ Tamil/ Telugu (required)
