Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HSE training courses (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.)
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessments
- Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance
- Ensure all training complies with Qatar regulations and industry standards
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and certification documentation
- Support course audits and accreditation requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / Diploma, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience, including training delivery
- Certified Trainer qualification (Train the Trainer) is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC projects (Oil & Gas / Construction preferred)
- Ability to deliver training in English, & other languages.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering NVQ Level 3-7 or similar competency-based programs
- Approved Trainer from recognized awarding bodies
- Knowledge of QatarEnergy HSE standards
Compensation:
- Competitive per session / per course rate (to be discussed based on qualifications and experience)
