Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on distillation, bottling, and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing or beverage production.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
