Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed credit reports, recommendations, and risk assessments
- Monitor existing member accounts and track repayment performance
- Collaborate with branch staff and management to ensure compliance with lending policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Provide insights and recommendations to support loan portfolio growth while managing risk
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of credit scoring, lending regulations, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and ethically responsible
