Finance Assistant

Goldbar Staffing-Egito

Remote (LATAM / Egypt) - $6-$8 USD/hr - 30-40 hrs/week - Biweekly pay - U.S. business hours

Maybe you've been doing excellent work in a place that never quite felt like home. That's about to change.

You're good at this. Tracking numbers, spotting what doesn't add up, making sure everything is clean before anyone has to ask. You've probably been doing it in a job that doesn't pay you what you're worth — or doesn't see you the way you deserve to be seen.

Goldbar Staffing is a small, fast-moving team that built $1M in revenue in its first year by doing one thing well: hiring people who care, and then actually taking care of them. No ego. No politics. Seniors get coached. Juniors speak up. Everyone is held to the same high standard — and everyone is supported to meet it.

This role supports the financial back-office of a U.S. mortgage branch. You'll review P&L reports, track commissions, reconcile expenses, and keep the numbers clean month after month. And you'll do it inside a team that notices when you do it well — because that's the kind of team Goldbar is building.

No mortgage experience needed. If you've done bookkeeping, payroll support, expense reconciliation, and your English is B2 to C1or finance admin — you already have what it takes.

What Goldbar adds is the stability, the growth path, and the feeling of actually belonging somewhere.
