POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, delivering preventive maintenance on time while maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving a high level of equipment availability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Promoting best practices in health and safety (H&S) and monitoring team members to ensure compliance with established standards,
Taking a hands-on approach and demonstrating strong technical expertise across all mechanized material handling equipment within the facility,
Delivering interactive training sessions and acting as a mentor for technical staff on shift,
Supporting the line manager and supervising shift operations in their absence,
Ensuring a high level of equipment availability for internal customers,
Supporting continuous improvement of systems in a standardized manner across the EU network,
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships at all levels across the organization.

The minimum base pay for this position is 12,066 PLN monthly
