SME Account Manager - Cape Town | BELLVILLE
The SME Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise clients by providing expert advice on cellular/telecom/ICT solutions, understanding client business needs, and delivering tailored services that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Minimum3 years’ experience in account management, sales and working with SME clients.
Strong knowledge of:
Sales operations and customer service
- Telecom/ICT solution products, services, and technologies
- Negotiation and relationship management
- MTN policies, compliance, and reporting (advantageous)
Proven skills in:
Sales and business development
- Communication and negotiation
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving
- Time management and prioritization
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

REMUNERATION:
- Market related basic + niche commission structure
- Client Travel Reimbursement
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
