SME Account Manager - Cape Town | BELLVILLE

The SME Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise clients by providing expert advice on cellular/telecom/ICT solutions, understanding client business needs, and delivering tailored services that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum3 years’ experience in account management, sales and working with SME clients.
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Sales operations and customer service

  • Telecom/ICT solution products, services, and technologies
  • Negotiation and relationship management
  • MTN policies, compliance, and reporting (advantageous)
  • Proven skills in:

  • Sales and business development

  • Communication and negotiation
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

REMUNERATION:

  • Market related basic + niche commission structure
  • Client Travel Reimbursement

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
