Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute event styling concepts for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
  • Create floral arrangements, stage designs, table setups, and themed décor
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
  • Set up and dismantle event decorations on-site
  • Source materials, props, and décor elements as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure high-quality presentation and attention to detail at every event
  • Maintain inventory of décor items and materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Stylist, Event Decorator, or similar role
  • Strong creativity and eye for design, color, and aesthetics
  • Knowledge of floral arrangements and event styling trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in weddings or luxury events is a plus
