Job Title: Petroleum Operations Supervisor
Company: Marafeq Trading & Services
Location: Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 2,800 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily petroleum operations and field activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Monitor production processes and operational performance
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper handling of petroleum products
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management
- Train and supervise operational staff and field workers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in petroleum operations or oil and gas supervision
- Strong knowledge of petroleum production processes and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
