Job Title: Marine Petroleum Coordinator
Company: Dimensions Berth Engineering
Location: Port Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 2,200 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marine petroleum transfer operations between vessels and port facilities
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards and environmental regulations
- Monitor loading and unloading of petroleum products
- Liaise with port authorities, vessel captains, and terminal operators
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and operational activities
- Conduct safety checks and support incident prevention procedures
- Assist in planning and scheduling marine logistics operations
- Prepare operational and compliance reports for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in marine operations, petroleum handling, or port coordination
- Strong understanding of maritime safety procedures and port operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a high-responsibility, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international shipping and marine regulations is an advantage
