Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Printing Director to oversee all printing operations, production processes, and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality output, optimizing production efficiency, managing teams, and driving business growth within the printing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all printing operations, including prepress, press, and post-press activities
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee daily operations of printing facilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Manage and mentor production managers, supervisors, and technical staff
- Coordinate with sales, design, and client services teams to meet customer requirements
- Monitor production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Evaluate and implement new printing technologies and equipment
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in printing, manufacturing, or production operations
- 3-5+ years in a leadership or director-level role
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, large-format, packaging)
- Experience with production planning, quality control, and process optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with printing software, ERP systems, and production tools
Pay: RO3,900.000 per month
