Job Title: Well Site Supervisor
Company: Ozetko Energy Development
Location: Salalah Free Zone Tower B, Salalah, Oman
Salary: OMR 3,400 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily well site drilling and completion operations
- Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Coordinate with drilling engineers, contractors, and service providers
- Monitor drilling progress and report operational status to management
- Ensure proper execution of well programs and procedures
- Identify and resolve operational issues in the field
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE policies on-site
- Maintain accurate daily operational reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in well site supervision or drilling operations
- Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, rig operations, and well control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in remote and high-pressure field environments
- Relevant well control certifications are an advantage
