Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global expansion strategy across target regions (MENA, Europe, Asia, and emerging markets)
- Identify and evaluate new international markets, partnerships, and distribution channels
- Lead market entry planning, including regulatory analysis and compliance strategy
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, regulators, and strategic partners
- Oversee international business development pipeline and revenue growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to localize offerings
- Conduct competitive market analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Establish scalable frameworks for international operations and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in international business development, global expansion, or commercial leadership:
- Proven success launching products or businesses in multiple international markets
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and cross-border compliance:
Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, lifestyle, or regulated industries is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Pay: RO5,000.000 - RO9,500.000 per month
