Field Operations Manager
HopLuc Corp Oman - Salalah, Oman (Raysut Port Road)
Salary: OMR 3,800 per month
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field operations to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Manage and support field teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project objectives
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and present operational reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify and resolve operational challenges in a proactive and effective manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in field operations, preferably in industrial or oil & gas sectors
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
