We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at a premier beachfront resort and luxury hospitality destination. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service excellence across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and resort staff
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Develop and execute marketing and guest experience initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and overall resort performance targets
About You
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager / Resort General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
- Strong background in luxury resort or 4-5 star hotel operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Passion for guest experience and service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not mandatory with strong experience)
