Job Overview
Kutchina Qatar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director (Retail) to oversee retail operations and drive business performance across the region. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with expertise in retail management, sales growth, and operational excellence.
The Regional Director will be responsible for managing multiple locations, enhancing customer experience, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations across multiple locations within the region.
- Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability.
- Develop and implement retail strategies and operational improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize store operations.
- Lead and develop retail teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand consistency.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control initiatives.
- Identify expansion opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail leadership or regional management roles.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
