About the Role:
SatconXion Satellite and Communication Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and technically advanced Senior Network Engineering Manager to lead network infrastructure and communication systems in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing large-scale network operations, ensuring system reliability, and overseeing advanced communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Leadership: Oversee design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure
- Systems Engineering: Manage routers, switches, satellite communication systems, and enterprise networks
- Performance Optimization: Ensure uptime, scalability, and network efficiency
- Security & Compliance: Implement network security protocols and data protection measures
- Technical Strategy: Lead infrastructure upgrades, cloud integration, and system architecture
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot network issues and ensure rapid resolution
- Team Leadership: Manage network engineers, technicians, and IT support teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in network engineering, telecom, or IT infrastructure
- Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with Cisco, cloud networking, security systems, and telecom infrastructure
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and enterprise-level systems
