About the Role:
KnowledgeSprint Learning and Development Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Training Program Manager to lead learning and development initiatives in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance workforce capabilities and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement corporate training and development programs
- Learning Strategy: Align training initiatives with organizational goals and performance needs
- Training Delivery: Oversee workshops, learning sessions, and development programs
- Performance Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness and employee development outcomes
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, HR teams, and leadership
- Content Development: Develop training materials, modules, and learning frameworks
- Team Leadership: Manage trainers, facilitators, and program coordinators
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in training, L&D, or program management
- Skills: Strong leadership, facilitation, and program management capabilities
- Education: Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in corporate training, learning systems, or talent development
- Leadership: Ability to manage programs and cross-functional teams
