Work Schedule
- Shift-based operation (rotational shifts may apply)
- Full-time production schedule
- Overtime available depending on production demand
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines during production runs
- Set up moulds and ensure correct machine configuration before production
- Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and quality standards
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions in the production area
- Follow production targets and meet daily output requirements
- Record production data and quality checks accurately
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for efficiency improvements
