To strengthen our technology team in Kuwait City, we are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to lead systems analysis, integration, and optimization initiatives.
Role Overview
The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing enterprise system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align IT systems with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Lead enterprise system design, configuration, and integration projects.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure system alignment.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms with ongoing enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior analysts.
- Stay updated on emerging enterprise technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with systems architecture, process automation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to KD1,950.000 per month
