Role Overview
The Head of Digital Transformation will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital strategy, overseeing transformation projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires visionary leadership, deep knowledge of emerging technologies, and the ability to drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives across business units.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation, data analytics).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital projects with corporate goals.
- Oversee digital platforms, systems integration, and process optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and digital ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to KD3,200.000 per month
