Role Overview
As the Non-Profit IT Manager, you will be stationed at our Al-Awadi Tower headquarters to lead the digital transformation of our service operations. This role demands a high-integrity leader who can manage complex IT infrastructures while ensuring that every technical decision aligns with our mission to serve the community. You are responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of the systems that power our outreach.
Core Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Oversight: Manage all network, server, and cloud-based systems to ensure zero downtime for our essential services.
- Data Integrity & Security: Establish and enforce rigorous data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive organizational and donor information.
- Strategic Budgeting: Develop and execute cost-effective IT roadmaps that maximize resource allocation without compromising technical quality.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with international technology providers and oversee the organization's hardware lifecycle.
- Professional Tenure: A minimum of 7 years in IT Management, ideally with a background in non-profit, public service, or high-volume administrative sectors.
- Linguistic Mastery: A C2 level of English is mandatory for high-level board reporting and coordinating with global partners.
- Transparent Reporting: You must use Loom to record "Technical Logic Briefs," providing the executive team with a clear, visual understanding of system health and project milestones.
