About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE/School curriculum
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment:
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records
Use activity-based and experiential learning methods:
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student performance
Organize and participate in school activities and events:
Maintain discipline and classroom management standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed / D.El.Ed (mandatory):
- 1-5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
Good understanding of child development and teaching methodologies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
