About the Role:
Studio Plasebo Creative Design & Media Production W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Multimedia Production Director to lead creative production, digital content strategy, and multimedia operations in Kuwait City. This role focuses on managing end-to-end multimedia production, driving creative direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital, video, and interactive platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Production Leadership: Oversee multimedia production including video, animation, digital content, and design
- Production Management: Manage end-to-end production workflows from concept to final delivery
- Content Strategy: Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and multimedia content strategies
- Technical Oversight: Ensure optimal use of production tools, editing software, and digital platforms
- Quality Control: Maintain high creative and technical standards across all outputs
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, creative teams, and external partners
- Team Leadership: Lead designers, editors, animators, and production teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in multimedia production, creative direction, or media management
- Skills: Strong creative vision, production management, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in Media Production, Film, Design, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital media, advertising, or content production environments
- Leadership: Ability to manage creative teams and multi-platform production pipelines
