Alanda’s is a small, family-run business with a big personality! One of our busiest spots is our permanent beachfront street food unit at Longniddry Bents, just 20 minutes from Edinburgh. And when the sun’s out, it gets really busy — so if you thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be a hard worker and not shy away from long shifts, extremely busy days and be fit and able to stand on your feet all day and be able do some heavy lifting

What you'll be doing:
- Taking and preparing customer orders quickly and efficiently
- Making hot drinks (barista training provided)
- Keeping the unit clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Working as part of a friendly, fast-moving team
- Thinking on your feet and using initiative when things get hectic (which they will!)
We also attend festivals and events throughout the year and have other locations across East Lothian — so there’s loads of room to grow with us.
Getting here is easy - we’ve got a bus stop right outside, a train station 5 minutes away, and on-site parking if you drive.
