We are looking for a Senior Corporate Services Manager who can oversee and optimize our internal business operations while supporting executive leadership across multiple departments. You will play a critical role in ensuring our corporate functions run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.
You are not simply managing administration tasks; you are shaping operational standards, improving workflows, and leading high-performing support teams across finance, procurement, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Operations Management:
Lead daily corporate services operations including administration, procurement, facilities coordination, vendor management, and business support functions.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement streamlined procedures that improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and service quality.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor administrative and operational support teams while fostering accountability and professional development.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure company operations remain compliant with internal policies, contractual obligations, and local regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with senior leadership, external vendors, and business partners to ensure seamless execution of corporate initiatives and operational projects.
Budget and Resource Planning:
Support financial planning activities related to operational expenses, procurement budgets, and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in corporate services, operations management, business administration, or related leadership roles within enterprise environments.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
Operational Knowledge:
Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, corporate administration, and business support operations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, reporting platforms, and workflow management tools.
Mindset:
You are organized, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
Pay: KD21,000.000 - KD29,000.000 per month
Work Location: In person
