About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager (M/F/d) who can lead large scale operational initiatives across multiple business units while driving efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
You will not simply manage daily operations. You will shape operational strategy, improve regional performance standards, and lead high impact initiatives that support long term business expansion. You will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and regional teams to ensure operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Operations Leadership
Oversee and optimize operations across multiple regional departments and business units while ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
Strategic Planning
Develop operational strategies that improve productivity, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and support scalable growth initiatives.
Team Management
Lead and mentor department managers, supervisors, and operational staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans that strengthen team capability.
Process Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that improve service delivery, compliance, and overall business performance.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure operational expectations are met consistently across all projects and services.
Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs, prepare executive reports, and use data driven insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
8+ years of experience in operations management, regional operations, or business administration, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing cross functional teams.
Leadership Skills
Strong ability to lead large teams, manage multiple operational priorities, and maintain high performance standards in fast paced environments.
Operational Knowledge
Experience working with enterprise systems, logistics operations, facilities management, or large scale service operations is highly preferred.
Communication Skills
Excellent English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Mindset
You are organized, solution focused, and capable of balancing strategic planning with operational execution. You understand when to optimize processes and when to make fast business decisions to maintain operational momentum.
Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD3,400.000 per month
Work Location: In person
