We are looking for a Senior Corporate Sales and Partnerships Manager (M/F/d) who can lead our commercial growth initiatives across Kuwait and the GCC region. You will be responsible for expanding key business accounts, strengthening strategic alliances, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies. You are not simply managing accounts; you are shaping the future of our corporate hospitality presence.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, hotel operations teams, and regional business partners to create long lasting client relationships and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, and commercial partners across Kuwait and neighboring markets.

Partnership Management:
Build strong relationships with local and international business partners to increase brand visibility and long term revenue opportunities.

Revenue Growth:
Identify new sales channels, negotiate commercial agreements, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, providing guidance, performance support, and market insights to improve overall team success.

Market Analysis:
Monitor hospitality trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and improve market positioning.

Client Relationship Management:
Represent the company during business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction standards.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or hospitality partnerships, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry Background:
Previous experience within luxury hotels, hospitality groups, tourism, or corporate services environments is highly preferred.

Communication Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities with confidence in handling executive level discussions.

Language Skills:
English fluency is required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional business communication.

Leadership Mindset:
You are commercially driven, proactive, and capable of balancing long term strategy with immediate business objectives.
