Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Framework Ownership Develop and maintain environmental and operational compliance systems across all projects
- Risk Management Identify operational and environmental risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Regulatory Liaison Coordinate with local authorities and ensure full adherence to Kuwait environmental regulations
- Audit Leadership Conduct internal audits and oversee external inspection readiness
- Policy Development Build internal compliance policies aligned with international environmental standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting Present compliance and risk reports to senior management and clients.
What We Are Looking For
Experience 6 plus years in compliance risk management environmental engineering or industrial operations with at least 2 years in a senior role
Knowledge Strong understanding of environmental regulations industrial safety standards and audit processes.
CommunicationAbility to clearly present compliance findings to technical and non technical stakeholders.
MindsetStructured analytical and proactive with strong ownership of risk outcomes
Language English B2 to C1 required Arabic is an advantage.
Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD2,200.000 per month
