We are looking for a professional and compassionate Medical Coordinator (Female Only)to join our team in Kuwait.
Requirements:
- Valid residency permit with transferable status
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in healthcare coordination is a plus
Key Skills:
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with hospitals, doctors, and patients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical appointments and treatments for patients within private hospitals in Kuwait
- Arrange and manage medical treatment plans abroad when required
- Communicate with hospitals, doctors, and service providers to ensure smooth patient care
- Assist patients with medical reports, documentation, and travel arrangements
- Provide continuous support and follow-up with patients throughout their treatment journey
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
Work Location: In person
