We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager who can take ownership of corporate direction and strategic execution across key business functions. This is not just about planning; it is about shaping how the organization grows, competes, and delivers value.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute long term business strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
Business Performance Analysis:
Monitor organizational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and regional market developments to support decision making.
Project Oversight:
Lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely and measurable outcomes.
Executive Reporting:
Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
6 plus years in strategy, business consulting, operations management, or corporate planning roles with exposure to senior stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and ability to interpret complex business data.
Communication:
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Mindset:
Highly strategic, execution focused, and comfortable working in fast evolving business environments.
Pay: KD1,600.000 - KD2,400.000 per month
