We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager who can take ownership of product safety, compliance, and quality systems across our operations. You are not just ensuring standards—you are building the systems that protect product integrity, customer trust, and brand reputation.
You will work closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams to ensure all products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements in Kuwait and applicable export markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Safety & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal quality protocols.
Quality Systems Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems across production and packaging processes.
Audit & Inspection Readiness:
Lead internal and external audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
Process Control:
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, safety, and product integrity.
Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and monitor raw material suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and compliance documentation for internal and regulatory use.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within FMCG, beverage, or food manufacturing.
Track Record:
Strong experience in implementing QA systems and maintaining compliance in production environments.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of food safety standards, quality control systems, and manufacturing hygiene practices.
Communication Skills:
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate compliance requirements clearly.
Mindset:
You are detail-oriented, structured, and committed to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.
Pay: KD1,300.000 - KD2,300.000 per month
