FOHM is the main operational leader of the resort, responsible for managing Front Office, Rooms Division, and overall guest experience to ensure smooth daily operations and service excellence.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily resort operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Service)
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain high standard of guest experience and service recovery
  • Coordinate all operational departments (FO, HK, Engineering, F&B)
  • Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Handle guest complaints and operational issues directly
  • Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed
  • Lead and supervise department heads in daily operations
  • Make operational decisions to ensure smooth resort performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotel/resort operations
  • Strong background in Front Office / Rooms Division
  • Experience as Duty Manager, FO Manager, or Assistant Resort Manager preferred
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (English required)
  • Able to handle pressure and multitasking in operations
  • Guest-oriented and detail-focused mindset
