FOHM is the main operational leader of the resort, responsible for managing Front Office, Rooms Division, and overall guest experience to ensure smooth daily operations and service excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily resort operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Service)
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
- Maintain high standard of guest experience and service recovery
- Coordinate all operational departments (FO, HK, Engineering, F&B)
- Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and readiness
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues directly
- Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed
- Lead and supervise department heads in daily operations
- Make operational decisions to ensure smooth resort performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotel/resort operations
- Strong background in Front Office / Rooms Division
- Experience as Duty Manager, FO Manager, or Assistant Resort Manager preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (English required)
- Able to handle pressure and multitasking in operations
- Guest-oriented and detail-focused mindset
