About the Role:
Green Resource Nexus Group is a regional operations and infrastructure management organization based in Kuwait City, focused on delivering efficient, scalable, and well-coordinated facility and asset operations across commercial and industrial sites in the GCC. We are looking for a Senior Facilities and Asset Manager (M/F/d) who can take full ownership of building operations, asset lifecycle planning, and facility performance standards across multiple locations. You are not just maintaining facilities; you are ensuring operational continuity, safety, and long-term asset value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management:Oversee daily operations of commercial and operational facilities ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency.
Asset Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies for maintenance, replacement, and optimization of physical assets.
Vendor and Contractor Oversight:Manage service providers, maintenance contractors, and facility vendors to ensure service quality and cost control.
Preventive Maintenance Planning: Establish and monitor maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
Budget Management: Control operational and capital expenditure related to facilities and asset management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years in facilities management, asset management, or infrastructure operations, including leadership responsibilities.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance planning, and asset tracking methodologies.
Operational Skills: Experience managing multiple facilities or large-scale property portfolios is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong English communication skills; ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on operational reliability and long-term asset performance.
Pay: KD1,000.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
