About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Head of Automotive Sales and Strategy who can lead commercial expansion initiatives while shaping long term sales performance across multiple business divisions.
This is a senior executive leadership position with direct influence on company revenue strategy and market positioning. You will work closely with executive management, regional partners, and commercial teams to develop high impact sales initiatives that strengthen market presence and operational profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy Leadership:
Develop and execute long term automotive sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention across multiple business units.
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning while ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor senior sales managers, regional commercial teams, and business development professionals to maintain high performance standards.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, regional distributors, corporate clients, and executive stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives.
Market Performance Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and operational performance metrics while implementing strategies that improve profitability and market positioning.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8 plus years in automotive sales, commercial operations, or strategic business development with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Industry Expertise:
Strong background in automotive distribution, fleet operations, dealership management, and regional market expansion strategies.
Leadership:
Proven experience managing high performing commercial teams, leading large scale sales operations, and delivering measurable business growth.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present strategic business initiatives clearly to executive leadership and regional partners.
Mindset:
You are commercially driven, strategic, and highly results oriented. You understand how to balance customer experience, operational performance, and long term profitability while leading large scale automotive operations successfully.
