About the Role:
At Berlin Energi Infrastructure Group, we believe large scale infrastructure projects require leadership that combines technical expertise with operational precision. Based in Kuwait City, our organization delivers industrial energy systems, infrastructure modernization projects, and engineering solutions across the Gulf region. We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Project Director who can lead complex multi phase initiatives while driving execution standards across engineering and operations teams.
This is a strategic leadership position with direct responsibility for overseeing high value infrastructure and industrial technology projects. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering departments, contractors, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from planning through final implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Direct large scale technical and infrastructure projects from initial planning and budgeting through execution and final delivery.
Operational Strategy:
Develop project roadmaps, implementation standards, and resource planning strategies that improve efficiency and project performance.
Team Management:
Lead multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams while mentoring Project Managers, Technical Leads, and senior engineering staff.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage communication with executive leadership, contractors, government authorities, and commercial partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Risk and Performance Management:
Monitor project risks, operational bottlenecks, and compliance requirements while implementing solutions that maintain delivery quality and operational reliability.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8 plus years in technical project management, infrastructure operations, or industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong background in infrastructure development, industrial operations, engineering project delivery, budgeting, and enterprise level project management systems.
Leadership:
Proven experience leading large cross functional teams, managing high value projects, and delivering operational results within demanding timelines.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Mindset:
You are highly organized, results driven, and strategically focused. You understand how to balance technical excellence, operational efficiency, and business priorities while delivering large scale projects successfully.
