About the Role:
Success Key Solar Energy, Automation & Electrical Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and technically driven Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical engineering operations, renewable energy projects, and automation system initiatives in Kuwait City. This role focuses on overseeing electrical infrastructure, optimizing energy systems, and delivering high-performance engineering solutions across industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Engineering Leadership: Oversee electrical systems engineering, automation operations, and solar energy projects
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end engineering projects including design, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Renewable Energy Oversight: Lead solar energy system implementation, integration, and performance optimization
- Automation & Control Systems: Supervise industrial automation, power distribution, and electrical control systems
- Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, electrical codes, and HSE regulations
- Operational Optimization: Improve energy efficiency, maintenance systems, and operational reliability
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and industrial clients
- Innovation & Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging energy technologies and engineering solutions
- Team Leadership: Lead electrical engineers, automation specialists, technicians, and project teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or industrial automation management
- Skills: Strong expertise in power systems, solar technologies, and electrical infrastructure operations
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in solar energy, industrial automation, or large-scale electrical engineering projects
- Leadership: Ability to manage technical teams and multi-project engineering environments
