Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain records, files, and office documents
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Receive and distribute couriers, packages, and mail
  • Assist with basic office administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
