Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
- Maintain records, files, and office documents
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Receive and distribute couriers, packages, and mail
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Locally available in Bahrain
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
